USCIS Confirms No Changes for H-1B FY2019 Cap Season

Yesterday USCIS' Service Center Operations Directorate (SCOPS) confirmed that it does not expect any changes to the FY2019 H-1B cap season; however, there may be a short suspension of premium processing for H-1B cap-subject petitions. Overall, USCIS plans to follow the procedures used during the FY2018 H-1B cap season. It does not anticipate any suspensions to premium processing for non-cap H-1B petitions.
