November Visa Bulletin Released

The Department of State has released the preliminary November 2018 Visa Bulletin. Though unlikely, this information is subject to change from now until November 1, 2018. Below is a breakdown of the projected final action dates for the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.

EB-1: All geographic regions are projected to continue to have retrogressed final action dates. India and China's final action dates will remain June 1, 2016. All remaining geographic regions will continue to have a final action date of April 1, 2017.

EB-2: India's final action date will remain March 26, 2009 and China's final action date will advance from April 1, 2015 to May 15, 2015. All remaining geographic regions are projected to continue to have current final action dates.

EB-3: India's final action date will remain January 1, 2009, and China's final action date will remain June 1, 2015. The Philippines will advance one week to June 8, 2017, and all other geographic regions will continue to have current final action dates.
