May Visa Bulletin Released

The Department of State has released the preliminary May 2019 Visa Bulletin. Though unlikely, this information is subject to change from now until May 1, 2019. Below is a breakdown of the projected final action dates for the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.

EB-1: All geographic regions are projected to continue to have retrogressed final action dates. India and China's final action dates will remain February 22, 2017. All remaining geographic regions will advance one month to March 1, 2018.

EB-2: India's final action date will advance four days to April 16, 2009, and China's final action date will advance from April 1, 2016 to May 15, 2016. All remaining geographic regions are projected to continue to have current final action dates.

EB-3: India's final action date will advance from June 22, 2009 to July 1, 2009, and China's final action date will advance from August 1, 2015 to August 22, 2015. The Philippines' final action date will advance from March 1, 2018 to June 1, 2018. All remaining geographic regions are projected to continue to have current final action dates.
