The March 2019 Visa Bulletin continues to show slow advancement for most retrogressed visa categories. Below is a breakdown of the final action dates for the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.

EB-1: All geographic regions continue to have retrogressed final action dates. India and China's final action dates advanced from February 8, 2017 to February 22, 2017. All remaining geographic regions advanced one month from December 1, 2017 to January 1, 2018.

EB-2: India's final action date advanced three days to April 9, 2019 and China's final action date advanced from October 1, 2015 to January 1, 2016. All remaining geographic regions continue to have current final action dates.

EB-3: India's final action date advanced a month from April 22, 2009 to May 22, 2019 and China's final action date advanced a week from July 1, 2015 to July 8, 2015. The Philippines' final action date advanced from August 1, 2017 to December 1, 2017, and all other geographic regions continue to have current final action dates.
