August Visa Bulletin Released

The Department of State has released the preliminary August 2019 Visa Bulletin. Though unlikely, this information is subject to change from now until August 1, 2019. Below is a breakdown of the projected final action dates for the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories, which are retrogressed for all geographic regions.

EB-1: India's final action date is January 1, 2015. All other geographic regions are projected to have a final action date of July 1, 2016.

EB-2: India's final action date is May 2, 2019. All other geographic regions are projected to have a final action date of January 1, 2017.

EB-3: India's final action date is January 1, 2006. All other geographic regions are projected to have a final action date of July 1, 2016.
