On Monday, March 31st, 2025, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it has received enough registrations to reach the FY 2026 H-1B Cap, including the U.S. Master’s Cap. H-1B Cap Registrants’ online accounts will now show whether each submitted registration has been selected to file an H-1B Cap petition. The deadline to file a FY 2026 H-1B cap-subject petition with USCIS is June 30th, 2025.
